Common questions
How do I get my tickets after purchase?▾
You’ll receive a confirmation by email, and your passes appear under My tickets in your account. Show the QR at entry.
Can I transfer or resell a ticket?▾
Transfer rules depend on the organizer. Check the event page and your order details—if allowed, you’ll see options there.
The event was cancelled. What now?▾
Refunds follow the organizer’s policy. We coordinate with them on cancellations and will communicate next steps to ticket holders.
Who sets ticket prices and fees?▾
Organizers set the base price. The checkout page shows any platform or processing fees before you pay—no surprises at the last step.
