By purchasing a ticket or attending an event listed on Roaming Events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Venue and club rules shall strictly apply at all times.
The organizer or venue reserves the absolute right to deny entry to any individual at their discretion, without obligation to provide a reason, in the interest of safety and security.
Entry is permitted only upon presentation of a valid ticket and a government-issued photo identification such as Driver's License, Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport.

All applicable health and safety protocols, including government-mandated guidelines, shall be followed.
The venue or organizer may conduct temperature checks or other health screenings at any point before or during the event.
Admission may be refused based on health conditions or failure to comply with safety measures.

Tickets must be purchased only through official platforms associated with Roaming Events.
Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Any unauthorized resale or transfer of tickets may result in cancellation without refund, compensation, or liability.

Event venue, timing, lineup, or schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
A ticket grants access only to the specified event and does not include entry to any associated pre-events or after-parties unless explicitly mentioned.

All attendees are subject to security checks, including frisking, as mandated by the venue or management.
The possession of prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, firearms, knives, explosives, fireworks, laser devices, or hazardous materials is strictly forbidden. Such items may be confiscated, and entry may be denied or revoked.

Roaming Events, organizers, sponsors, artists, and venue partners shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during or at the event.
Attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss.
No claims shall be entertained for any adverse effects arising from the consumption of food, beverages, or any other substances at the event.

Parking at or near the venue is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner. The management shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

By entering the event, attendees grant Roaming Events and its partners the irrevocable right to capture, use, reproduce, and distribute their image, likeness, or voice in any media, globally and in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes without further consent or compensation.

The management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee from the venue without refund if found violating these terms or engaging in inappropriate or unlawful behavior.

Attendees are solely responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability to attend the event.
By entering the venue, attendees acknowledge that they do so at their own risk and accept full responsibility for their safety and well-being.
